| I'm getting married. Five weeks from today. "Excitement" doesn't quite do my enthusiasm justice. We're going to the Caribbean for a week-long honeymoon cruise.
I live in Los Angeles, California. I play beach volleyball at least once a week. I can see the Hollywood sign from my little balcony. I walk across the street to work.
I work at Northrop Grumman Space Technology. I model the thermal conditions on a NASA satellite that barely fits inside of a tennis court. Most are not that big, not even close. It will live beyond the moon, which is 240,000 miles away. It will live 700,000 miles beyond the moon. That's far away.

| It's 3:00am and I thought I'd do something new, like write a post on Xanga. My semester is 95% finished as of a few hours ago. We had our 583 afternoon-into-the-evening-into-the-night of M-Winds II presentations and everything went really well as far as I'm concerned. For those that don't know, which is pretty much everyone, M-Winds is the remote sensing satellite project that has been the focus of the Space Systems Engineering program the entire school year. It's too late to take the time to explain now, but it's been a good, long road for the class to this point. And now it's over. Crazy. If you're interested, I'm more than happy to let you in on the system. I could even send you the Powerpoint.
I'm coming to Fargo in just over a week to visit home and pick up my Subaru; now I'll be able to go where I want to when I want to! I will also be bringing the one I get to call my girlfriend. For those unable to decipher my last post or are generally out of contact w/ me, I picked up a girl here in AA this semester who's pretty fantastic. Yeah, it's great. I'll be in Fargo from the 29th to the 2nd, so if you'd like me to run into you, let me know.
So I'm falling asleep in front of my laptop. G'night.
